Class passes are a flexible and cost-effective way to attend classes regularly.
We offer three pass options:
Silver Pass – 4 classes
Gold Pass – 8 classes plus 4 free Open Practice sessions
Platinum Pass – 12 classes plus 4 free Open Practice sessions
Simply purchase a pass through our booking system and use it to reserve your chosen classes. Passes are valid for 31 days from the date of purchase.
If you’re attending weekly, a class pass will usually offer better value than booking individual drop-in sessions.

Many of our students join feeling nervous, shy, or unsure of themselves. Our studio is built on encouragement, support, and celebrating progress at every level.

No. Flexibility is something you can improve through training, just like strength. You don’t need to be able to do the splits or touch your toes to start.
Feeling nervous before your first class is completely normal! Almost everyone walks through the door feeling a little apprehensive. Our classes are supportive, friendly, and completely beginner-friendly. You’ll be guided every step of the way.
For the warm-up and cool-down, opt for comfy gym wear. When it’s time to hit the pole, choose shorts for skin grip along with a fitted top or tank. Don’t forget socks for smooth floor-based turns. Wear whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable!
Students must be 18 years or older to attend our classes.

If you’re completely new to pole, we recommend starting with our Intro Course or Beginner classes. These sessions are specifically designed to teach the foundations safely and progressively.
